1 Session

The perfect introduction to structural movement. This includes one 60-minute session consisting of posture & movement assessment, guided exercise, and movement education.


3 sessions

Three sessions of guided exercise to give you a jumpstart on your journey out of pain and back into your body. 


10 sessions

10 sessions of guided exercise to get to the root cause of your pain and address it once and for all.
